2. Can I return or exchange items purchased at www.soullabel.pl?

Yes, our customers can return purchased items at their own expense within 14 days from the day on which the package was delivered. More detailed information can be found in the RETURNS AND EXCHANGES tab.

3. What delivery and payment methods does the www.soullabel.pl online store offer?

We begin processing your order right after it is placed. Updates regarding the status of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. The shipment date depends on the availability of products. 

6. Can I collect the order personally?

Yes, you can collect your order in Warsaw. If you want to do that, write us an e-mail at hello@soullabel.pl.

7. How can change my order?

Your order can be modified up until it has been processed for shipping. If your order has been shipped to the indicated address, it can no longer be modified. If you want to modify your order (change delivery address, add a product to your order, change the payment or delivery method), contact us as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to the following address: hello@soullabel.pl.

8. I have placed a wrong order. How can I cancel that order?

Your order can be cancelled up until it has been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after its confirmatiom, contact us as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to the following address: hello@soullable.pl
